Nat'l Camping Week: I'll TakeTwo HUNKS Along!

Two Camping HUNKS below!

My concept of camping is staying in a lodge with a bed, bathroom, TV, phone, food...you get the idea. I don't DO camping. I don't sleep in tents in the "great outdoors", nor "go off in the woods" for bathroom forays.

About the closest thing I've done to actual camping is when my husband, two of our kids, and I, used my in-laws camper and drove up to Niagara Falls, crossed into Canada, and then drove through some New England states. The camper had a kitchen, beds, bathroom/shower, and electrical power when we "plugged in" at campgrounds.

This wasn't really too bad, as we were a self-contained unit and had our privacy...without bugs. We barbecued on a grill, not over a campfire. Hell. I never even did that in Girl Scouts. Just not my "thing" to enjoy the "great outdoors" of nature.

Now, hiking and camping are hobbies tons of people enjoy...and I say have at it..just please, don't take me with you! I'll do my hiking in malls, thank you. Walking around the neighborhood or at malls is fine...I don't need to see every flower/shrug/insect nature has to offer.

Heck...I don't even like picnics...never did...because I don't DO bugs. Yeah, I was a moper at family outings as a child and avoided going if I could.

I tried one outdoor sport...golf. Hated every minute. I REALLY tried to like it, but the thought of spending hours chasing a tiny ball I usually either missed hitting or hit by trees in warm temperatures just never appealed to me. Anyone interested in buying used women's left-handed golf clubs?

I go to baseball/football games...as long as it's not too hot or too cold. I want my comfort. And my hot dogs.

Now, if these HUNKS were to invite me to share a tent and go camping, I'd have to rethink my whole "I don't like the outdoors" attitude...wouldn't you do the same thing? They could set up camping equipment, build campfires, make dinner. Hell...the one on the right already has a tent and jacket and likes to camp during the holidays. I could fit easily between the two of them in one giant sleeping bag...sharing's a good thing! So's body warmth, heat, snuggling, touching...etc.

Hmm. Maybe then I'd enjoy the wonders of nature...and the men who share that interest!

I'm actually writing/editing a book about a woman who knows zilch about camping but goes with the hero to try and pass herself off as a seasoned camper...sounds like something I definitely can relate to...not knowing a damn thing!

Inspiration comes in many packages

Shocking to me is the way inspiration for a story comes to me.

Usually in little pieces.

Last week in Washington D.C., I met an old friend who reminded me of a double date we'd been on when we were young and unattached, crazy and rather blind. Result? I get to rescue the gal from a guy who is hitting on her with another...guy. This opens a story.

My family and I went to a very very very French restaurant and I was reminded of a cafe I was in two years ago in Paris. Setting for a new story, anyone? (Food and wine--mussels in garlic and white Bordeaux to go with!)

Then, reading this blog, I saw Fran's entry of the blind-folded man who is (OMG) over 50! Go see this a few entries below! (!!!???) This guy inspires the pants off me.

And then there is the latest book I am reading. Donna Leon's mystery series set in (sigh) Venice. I wanna gooooooooo again and since I just finished a book set there, I need to find a new angle! Suggestions??????

Yeah, I can't let this opportunity go by without posting some wonderful guys for you to drool over. After all, Valentine's Day is fast approaching, and we all need a "lift", right?

And...is that your hand holding up the pillow? How quickly can you move it aside to peek at what's behind it?

Hot Beach Hunks

Living in Midwest United States has me spending January in the middle of winter. Cold temperatures, snow, and ice are the norm for this season. So, I thought I'd spice things up a bit and heat those inside flames of body heat to warm up the chilly days and nights some of you may also be facing. Below are some wonderful guys looking to give your temperature a rise! Fantasize along with me as I head to the beach to find some hunks!

Adam was my first catch of the day. I just cast my fishing net and snagged him! I must say he didn't put up much of a fight. He was getting tired of waiting for some woman to capture him, and I happened to be the lucky one.
Now, what to do with my handsome catch? Do I put him on ice for future use? Bundle him up, take him home to my winter abode, and have him warm my nights? And, days?
Decisions, decisions!

Josh was floating in a secluded beach area I stumbled upon. Wanting a full tan, he opted for his birthday suit and contemplated getting another year older. So did I...I mean, think about getting older. But, one look at his...assets, and after his careful scrutiny of me...had me convinced that adult age is meaningless where passion is involved.
When I offered hot drinks by a burning fireplace...along with my heated desire...he enthusiastically agreed to brave the winter weather and leave the ocean behind. What a wonderful beach souvenir I brought home...sure beats the shells and sand!

Chris had his tan done to perfection...and was getting bored with the whole, "sun, surf, sand" and outdoor sports/volleyball routine. As he was looking for cooler weather to focus on indoor sports, I quickly convinced him that my city would be a wonderful change and I could help him with those "indoor sports" and exercise he mentioned. He packed a few speedos and figured he'd buy whatever warmer clothing he'd need.
My goal, of course, was to keep him in those speedos...or less...and forgo the need for anything warmer than hot flesh-on-flesh.

So...have my mini stories warmed you? Is your mind going beyond what I've mentioned? Do you have sexy visions of what happened after Adam, Josh, Chris, and I, made it to our cozy, wintry abode? Use all those delightful, naughty thoughts and images, and warm up your life. Even if you're in the middle of summer wherever you live, these guys can fill a place in your fantasies!

What to Do With Triplet Sexy Hunks!

My blogs this month will all be fun ones and feature hunks.

Work with me on this one. Fantasize that these are Christmas triplet hunks that I got as a present.

Hmm. What could they do for me? They look strong enough to do any heavy lifting I need done. Cheerful enough to keep me in a good mood. Just the right amount of clothing to catch my attention...you did notice the Santa hat and jingle bells hanging down their legs, right? How about the socks?

Or, did you just concentrate on the cute, red undies?

Maybe I could have one clean my house, one cook for me, and one... You get the idea. Being triplets, wouldn't they all give me the same satisfying service? Think about the fun I'll have, rotating them and their jobs.

But, who do I start with first? Sigh. Decisions, decisions.

I've never written a book about triplets, but these guys are giving me LOTS of ideas! Think about the women...or woman...they could satisfy.
