Excerpt - When Lightning Strikes

I tilted my head in submission. His body tensed as his wolf receded; his eyes were now more human. I wrapped my hands around his penis and squeezed hard. He hissed as he relaxed against the soft leather. There was no need for words. He knew I was meeting him halfway. Revealing a piece of me who was better left hidden. I lowered the walls around my mind as I slid to my knees. He stopped me by grabbing the back of my neck and pulling hard on my hair.
“I want you.” I trailed my fingers over his chest.
With locked eyes, he asked gruffly, “Are you mine?”
He pulled me up. “Good.” He slammed open the vehicle door, stepping out. “Now get your sexy ass out of the car.” He grasped my hand as I hurriedly stepped out, straightening my dress. He leaned down, kissing me with tongues dueling as I ran my fingers across the hard muscles of his back.
He pulled back, looking at the one visible security camera. “Soar, cut the security cameras off.”
I didn’t even think about the number of security cameras monitoring the garage area. That was how far gone I was. Effortlessly, he slid me onto the hood of the car, pushing my dress up around my waist.
“Well… I thought we’d finish this upstairs. But I’m down for whatev—” I swallowed the rest of my words when I found myself on my back with legs up over his shoulders and his face between my thighs. He went after my pussy voraciously, his abrasive tongue lapping me from my clit to the end of my cleft. I panted, my hips arching, before he held me down with one hand on my stomach. He growled. The vibrations pushing to the edge, his long strokes had me writhing, my fingers clawing the car as I tried to buck from his tongue assault.
He held me pinned, showing me no damn mercy as his tongue flicked my swollen nub, until I screamed, “Oh my fucking God.” I bucked as he continued to bathe my clit with his mouth. He thrust two fingers into my trembling channel, pumping me, drawing out my climax. My eyes rolled to the back of my head and I swore I saw dancing spots. I panted, drawing ragged breaths. Mercifully, he relented, pulling away, his eyes blazing with wildness and his black hair tousled sexily. I was greedy for more.
Holy hell, I couldn’t even form a coherent thought. “Fuck me,” I demanded.

Shauna Aura Knight, Werewolves With Chocolate!

Doesn't Werewolves With Chocolat, sound fun? I love the title. Meet Shauna Aura Knight. She's an author, fabulous artist and new friend.
Today's a special treat. Guess what? This novella is available free for a limited time!

Blurb for Werewolves with Chocolate
Jake and Kyle have big plans for Ellie. The three of them will be celebrating their first Valentine’s Day together, and the two werewolves have prepared a feast of chocolates, fruits, and desserts to seduce her. After several busy weeks Ellie’s looking forward to a relaxing weekend with her mates; their pent up lust boils within her blood. However, when an injured werewolf shows up on their doorstep, the three have to deal with pack politics on the most romantic weekend of the year. Sex and chocolate had been in the plans, but now the mix includes a pissed off werewolf pack and the threat of war with enemy wolves. Will the dangers of the shifter underworld force them apart?

A Very Spicy Excerpt:

Ellie let out a low moan as she walked along the sidewalk. It was only two blocks from the bus stop to the apartment, but she was so swollen, so achy. Her clit was hard enough that the friction of walking made her want to scream. She resisted reaching a hand into her pants. A few good rubs and she’d go off right there.

She really hoped Jake and Kyle were as pent up as she was, because she needed them fiercely.

February in Minneapolis meant hip-deep snow. She was lucky the sidewalk was as shoveled as it was. Sometimes the campus practically required snow pants. Though despite the frigid temperature, she didn’t seem to be cooling down at all.

With a whimper, she made it into the apartment doorway. The porch wasn’t ever locked but the inner door was and she fumbled for her keys. She was sweating, but her fingers were numb.

The door opened and Kyle swept her into his arms for a scorching kiss. She felt him growling and realized she was making a soft, desperate sound, practically climbing him. Jake closed the door, then ended up behind her. He bit the back of her neck and she almost came right there.

“Bedroom,” she rasped.

“Oh no, beautiful. We have surprises for you first.” Kyle set her down.

“Surprises?” She asked, trying to pull Kyle back to her.

Jake turned her around to kiss her. “Welcome home, sweetheart.”

“I missed you.” She threaded her fingers through his long dark hair and he laughed when she tried undoing his pants.

“We created a monster.”

He looked into her eyes and she found herself staring, as always. Jake had the best eyelashes, so dark he looked like he was wearing eyeliner. She had told him once she was jealous of his eyelashes.

Jake captured her hands and drew her into the living room. She blinked; they’d lit candles, and the two of them had filled an entire coffee table full of chocolates and fruits. “Wow. What’s all this?”

They both looked at her with what she privately thought of as their confused wolf look.

Kyle spoke first. “It’s Valentine’s Day, silly.”

“We know the holiday that’s a big deal for human women.”

“We were expressly told not to forget it.”

Her brows furrowed. “That’s not until next week though.”

“Well. You’ll be in school and at the lab, and we all have the next two days off. So we thought we’d make you a few treats.”

Ellie bit back a groan. Trust the wolves to not get that it was the actual date most people found to be important. She didn’t mind their enthusiasm, but she had prepared a surprise of her own for the holiday and it wasn’t ready yet. She had gone shopping to buy lingerie weeks ago and had asked her friend in the University theatrical costume department to make her an costume to go with it. She had hoped to tease them into a puddle of desire for Valentine’s Day.

Well, it looked like they would get to celebrate twice at this rate.

Jake pulled her red wool coat off and then Kyle drew her down to the huge purple velvet couch. When they had moved to Minneapolis last fall, Jake had procured the couch on Craigslist and the two of them hauled it up the stairs…and then they’d promptly ravished her on it. Ever since then Ellie had learned to leave a throw blanket on the couch that was easily thrown in the wash. She was nothing if not practical.

“Let’s get you warmed up and show you our delectable selection.” They sat on either side of her, Jake warming up her hands with his while Kyle brought forth a platter of chocolate-dipped strawberries.

“I think you need one of these.” Kyle brought one to her lips.

Ellie moaned, biting into the fruit. They really were going to torture her like this.

“Come on.” Jake pulled off her scarf and Kyle fed her another. She licked the dark chocolate off her lips. “Is it good?”

She let out a sigh of bliss. “You know it’s amazing.”

“Yeah, but we like to hear you say it.” Kyle pulled her sweater off and Ellie tried to climb onto his lap.

“Not so fast. You haven’t tried the truffles yet.”

“Of course there are truffles. We wouldn’t give you cheap candy box chocolate.”

“Nope. You get the real thing.”

“You two are so sweet.” Nobody had ever done anything this nice for her. She felt tears welling up in her eyes.

“Ah, crap. Did we do something wrong?” Kyle asked, giving her that searching look.

“No, it’s perfect.” When she kissed him he groaned and she managed to maneuver herself onto his lap. She felt Jake pulling her jeans off and she helped him by wriggling until he’d dragged most of her clothing from her body. She started unbuttoning Kyle’s shirt and Jake shrugged one suspender off his shoulder. Ellie turned and pulled the other one down, and Jake stripped his shirt off.

Kyle finished unbuttoning his shirt and Ellie helped him pull it off while Jake slipped her panties down. Jake hauled her onto his lap, her back facing his front. She arched back against him and he grunted, then he spread her thighs. “Now, we want to have a treat too.”

Kyle’s eyes glowed golden as he lifted a bowl of warm chocolate from the table and began drizzling it over her.

Ready to read March 10

No more Mr. Nice Guy.

Magic is Becca Salt’s business, but it ain’t happening in her bedroom. The half-witch proprietress of From Crud to Stud performs miracle makeovers for paranormal creatures. Once she’s done with them, they’re out the door hunting for hot babes, not hanging around for a too-curvy, plain Jane like her.

Her newest client is hot, hung, mouthwatering perfection. What could she possibly improve upon?

Eric Diletto. Descendant of Cupid, bred for courtship, courtesy, and all that other gentlemanly junk. What has it gotten him? Dumped time and again for bad boys. He needs Becca’s help for an entirely different reason—regression therapy to release his inner beast. Grrrr.

Two potions later, they’re crawling all over each other. Becca aches for a man who loves her as she is, not because he’s under the influence. But Eric isn’t as impaired as she thinks. And he intends to take Becca here, there, and everywhere—anything to convince her his desire isn’t just the potions talking.

Product Warnings

A witchdoctor’s nightmare. Contains potions with weird side effects, a sorceress with limited magical skills and a yearning heart, plus a minor god who wants to get down and dirty. Bad, bad boy!

Heat and humidity poured inside, along with the racket from the street party. Drunken voices mingled with throaty laughter, pounding drums and trumpets reaching then holding their highest notes. Becca’s pulse thumped in her ears, drowning out the other sounds.
The guy who’d come inside was something. At least six-three, he had the build of an athlete, lean and muscular with broad shoulders, narrow hips and powerful thighs. Without meaning to, Becca stepped closer, drinking him in. Classically handsome, he wore his hair preppy style, longer on the top, shorter on the sides. It was a warm chestnut brown streaked by the sun and slightly tousled, begging for a woman’s fingers to smooth it back.
Becca brought down her hand, suddenly realizing she’d lifted it.
His golden complexion spoke of days spent outdoors, possibly skinny-dipping in a pool, water streaming over his firm pecs and abs, being trapped in his nest of dark curls…his rock-hard cock jutting from it, inflexible as iron, sleek as a spear. Suppressing a shiver of delight, Becca took in his leather loafers, beige khakis and white shirt opened at the collar with the sleeves rolled up to mid-forearm.
Masculine yet civilized. Very nice.
Zoe, you did good. Aw, sweetie, more than good. She deserved part ownership in this place for having done such a fantastic job on him. This guy had been made over to the nth degree from…
Becca wasn’t certain what kind of demon he was, or his level in Hell, never having met him before the makeover. Maybe that’s why he’d taken so long to get here. He couldn’t pull himself away from the god he now saw in his mirror.
While Becca ogled him, he regarded the reception area’s feathery ferns and potted plants as though seeing them with different eyes. A mortal’s eyes. The room’s faux brick floor, coral walls and gas wall fixtures radiated warmth, an earthy, sensual feel in keeping with the area’s culture.
It was also decidedly romantic.
And the reason most of these guys signed up. They were having problems with babes and wanted a solution, even if it was painful.
Hissing noises came from behind a door on the right. On the left, a muffled groan sounded faintly sexual.
Could be that was why this guy was late. He’d already seduced a babe and had been reluctant to leave her.
Becca glanced at his fly, the thick ridge behind it. Some women had all the luck. She, on the other hand, had a business to run.
Reining in her desire, she joined him in the reception area. “Do you have any idea how late it is?”
He turned. His attention zipped from her flame-red hair, cut in a chin-length bob with bangs, to her dramatic makeup. Heavy black liner surrounded her blue eyes. Her maroon lipstick was just a shade lighter than black and quite a contrast to her pale skin.
He lifted his eyebrows slightly, then regarded the black silk top tied beneath her breasts, her silver navel jewelry, black harem pants, anklets, toe rings and high-heeled sandals.
Even at five-seven, and with the extra three inches the shoes gave her, Becca felt positively dainty next to him. Quite a feat considering she’d always been too tall and curvy. In school, they’d called her the f-word.
Well, fuck ’em, right? So she’d never be skinny or a beauty. Not like her mom. Unfortunately, Becca took after her dad. A great guy, but no hunk in the looks department.
“We can’t wait forever,” she said. “Let’s go.”
She headed down the hall. Hearing only her footfalls, Becca stopped and looked over.
He hadn’t taken one step in her direction. He was far too busy studying her ass. Intently. Appreciatively…if his crooked smile was any indication. How awesome was that?
Was it something Zoe had taught him?
“You coming?” Becca asked.
He actually blushed beneath his tan. What appeared to be carnal hunger blurred his expression as he regarded her. “Where?”
His voice was even deeper than the howlers that came here for treatment. Way huskier than Zoe’s when she got riled. Becca moved toward him again, drawn by his potent masculinity, until she forced herself to stop and pointed over her shoulder.
He approached with the grace of a well-behaved panther. Loose limbed and composed, not cocky or predatory. Shit. Zoe was a miracle worker.
“Sure,” he said.
Becca swallowed. His eyes were the color of honey with flecks of green. Given his laugh lines, he looked to be in his early thirties—if she was using mortal time—just a couple of years older than her.
Not that their ages mattered. Why should they? Once his photo shoot was over, he’d be gone. Back in bed with his babe.
“There.” She pointed to the side, trying not to drool over him.
He kept checking her out too and gave her another crooked grin. “There what?”
Damned if she knew. His adorable smile continued to tangle her thoughts. Becca lowered her head and took a deep breath. “Door on the right. Go in that room. Take off your clothes. I’ll get the photog—”
The rest of her words and all the spit in her mouth dried up as his fingers curled around her wrist, keeping her from moving away.
He murmured, “What?”
That voice. His touch. Her knees sagged. With great effort, Becca turned back to him.
He gave her a questioning look and waited.
Becca wanted to ruffle his long, dark lashes, kiss his silky eyebrows, then suck his lower lip into her mouth while she crawled all over him. “Briefs or boxers?”
He pulled back slightly, but didn’t let go of her wrist. “What?”
She cleared her throat. Her voice still jiggled and rasped. “What are you wearing? Briefs or boxers?”
He looked down as though to check. “Boxers.”
“The stretchy kind or the baggy ones?”
He let go of her wrist. “They’re not that baggy.”
Hmm. She’d hurt his feelings. A nice human touch Zoe must have taught him. Like having him stare at a female’s ass, rather than simply grabbing it, to make her feel sexy and desired. “I’m sure they’re not. Still, we prefer the snug ones.”
The kind that would hug his fleshy balls and caress his rigid cock. On wobbly legs, Becca went to the hall closet and pulled out a navy pair.
“Here.” She flung them at him.
They landed on his deliciously broad shoulder.
Becca backed away. “Strip down, then put those on. We can’t screw around any longer.”
“Sure about that?”
